Terms & Conditions:
We have established some Basic Rules for a very comfortable and relaxing stay at our Property. Our Rules are mentioned below:
- Smoking and Consumption of Alcohol are not allowed on the premises.
- All the Common areas of the property are continuously monitored by CCTV surveillance.
- We provide immediate lights and fan power backup on our invertor system.
- If the Power cut is for more than 10 minutes, we switch our Generator on to provide full power functionality except for Air conditioning and water geysers.
- Our Check out Time is 11:00 AM Noon or earlier and our Check-in Time is 02:00 PM or later.
- Beware of Monkeys as they can be aggressive. Please keep your Room’s door and window closed.
- No Loud noises shall be made by guests that can disturb other staying guests.
- Please save Electricity and Water. Please make sure to turn off the running water in bathrooms and lights and other appliances in the room before leaving the room.
- We try our best to provide you with uninterrupted cable TV and wireless internet services. But there can be downtime in these services due to technical reasons which are beyond our control.
- All the amenities and guest supplies provided in the rooms are for in-house use only. Please don’t take anything away.
- Please handle all the furniture, equipment, and appliances provided by us with care. This includes the Linen being provided. Any damage to anything in the property will be payable by the guest at the time of checkout.
- Breakfast or Lunch/Dinner included within Room rates will not be served in the rooms. It will be arranged in our restaurant area.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation or amendment is allowed 7 days prior to arrival. After this, 1-night retention charges are applicable and no amendments would be allowed.
- No refund once you have checked in or if you want to leave before your checkout date.
- Early departures and/or same-day cancellations are subject to a charge of the total stay. No refund shall be made for unused facilities or for any service not provided due to any reason beyond our control.
- Any funds received from outside of India for bookings cannot be refunded outside of India.
- Note: All Refund Transfer charges shall be charged from the guest account, If any.

How To Reach
Coming by Car/Taxi:
Coming from Haridwar: Pass Haridwar, and drive 15-16 Km, You will see the Hanumanji Temple (Baba Neem Karoli Temple) on your left, Just past the temple is the IDPL Gate on your right. Turn right at this gate, Keep going straight, and Ask for the Barrage Bridge or AIIMS hospital. Follow the way to the bridge. There will also be signs for Parmarth. Follow these signs. Once you reached Barrage Bridge follow the next steps.
Coming from Dehradun: Pass Natraj chowk as entered in Rishikesh, and Reach Koyal Grant near Degree College in Rishikesh. Take a left turn from Koyal Grant and drive 2 km approx to reach Barrage Bridge or AIIMS hospital. Once you reached Barrage Bridge follow the next steps.
- Apposite AIIMS hospital gate Cross the Barrage Bridge.
- Immediately after crossing the bridge, turn left. You are now 7 km from the hotel.
- Go straight to the forest road through the mountains.
- There will be a fork in the road. One road goes off to the right, for Neelkanth. Don’t take this road. Take the road that goes left and down
- Head down until there is a left turn. There will find a small taxi/jeep stand; Turn left.
- Go 200 meters to the first road (the only road). Turn first right and drive another 200 mtrs. Turn right you will reach at Hotel.
Coming from Shivpuri or Devprayag (Badrinath/Kedarnath): 4 km before Rishikesh or Laxman Jhula, there is a new bridge on the Ganga River called Garurchatti bridge. Cross the bridge take right to drive 3km to Laxman Jhula. There will be a fork in the road. One road goes off to the left. Don’t take this road. Take the road that goes right towards Laxman Jhula and drive 2km more from Laxman Jhula towards Swargashram. Ask for Parmarth Niketan Ashram we are nearby.
2. By Train/Bus:
Once you reach Rishikesh or Haridwar or Dehradun. You can either hire a taxi to take you directly to the hotel as per the directions given above, or you can take a taxi, bus, or rickshaw to the Muni-ki-reti (Janki Setu) parking lot in Rishikesh which is the parking lot near Janki Setu bridge (also called Sita Jhula). You have to walk across the bridge. Then, after crossing the Jhula, take left, and then after 100 meters take a right turn. You will find us a few hundred meters straight from there.
3. By Air:
Once you reach Dehradun, Jolly Grant Airport in Rishikesh/Dehradun. The airport is only about 40 minutes from the hotel. From the airport hire a taxi direct upto hotel as per the direction given above.
IMPORTANT:
Pedestrian bridge Ram Jhoola and Janki Bridge are open 24 hrs. Motor bridge Barrage Bridge opens from 6 am to 6 pm in winter and 5 am to 8 pm in summer only. Motor bridge Garur Chatti Bridge near Laxman Jhula Bridge is open 24 hours.
