Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In case our customer wants to cancel their future bookings with us, they can contact us for the cancellation process.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy:

Offline Bookings:
  • If canceled 7 days before check-in Date, Full Refund.
  • If canceled within 0-7 days before the check-in Date, No Refund.
  • In case of a No-Show, No Refund.

Online Bookings:
  • If canceled 7 days before Check-in Date, 95% Refund.
  • If canceled within 0-7 days before the check-in Date, No Refund.
  • In case of a No-Show, No Refund.

Refund Policy:

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment made for the booking.

In case of payment made by UPI / Wallet / Net Banking / NEFT refund will be made to the same account. It can take up to 7-14 Business days for customers to receive the refund.
